As of 2008 I have decided to forget about organising a traditional band format and just perform on my own. My own way, for myself.

With Grand Rapids I am able to go back to the music that first inspired me to write music as a teenager, records I used to listen to before Heavy Metal and Punk crept into my life, records by Donovan, Crosby Stills & Nash and John Denver mixed with the new Folk musicians of today such as Will Oldham and Iron and Wine and my fascination with minimalist musicians like John Cage and Steve Reich.
