is the most revered fretless player alive, and has inspired thousands of bassists with his unique style. Percy has forged his own path in his approach to the instrument, bewitching the listener with what he brings to the music of Tunnels.
Marc Wagnon
is a trailblazer on the electronic mallet instrument. A dazzling palette of sounds and skillfully mastered technique is his offering to the harmonic structure of Tunnels' music. Marc is the author of the majority of Tunnels repertoire.
Frank Katz
Frank is the original drummer and graces the first four recordings, "Tunnels with Precy Jones", "Painted Rock" "Progressivity" and on "The Art of Living Dangerously" with his amazing drumming.
Van Manakas
Guitarist, Van was part of Tunnels until the late 90's. You can hear Van on "Tunnels with Percy Jones", "Painted Rock" and on "The Art of Living Dangerously". Interestingly, Van played on the last two dates that Tunnels performed.
John O'Reilly
John played drums on "Natural Selection", and toured with the band in Europe and Malta. John has recently become a dad, and lives in LA.
Lance Carter
Lance went with the band to Japan and can be heard on "The Art of Living Dangerously". Most unfortunately, we lost Lance to cancer, and is very much missed, but his great drumming lives on in his Tunnels' recording, in addition to all of the other work this amazing musician did in his short lifetime.
Walker Adams
drums.
Guests who recorded with Tunnels:
John Goodsall
John played on "Progressivity" and on "The Art of Living Dangerously" lending to Tunnels a taste of the Brand X powerhouse.
Mark Feldman
his violin chops are heard with Tunnels on "Progressivity" and "The Art of Living Dangerously".
Julien Feltin
a Swiss guitarist, Julien toured with us in 2003 and can be heard on one track of "The Art of Living Dangerously".

"At last a follow up to Janette Mason's sparkling debut as leader. Alien Left Hand ....was well worth the wait…” Production **** Performance**** -- BBC Music Magazine
“…an album fizzing with fresh ideas and delights, an exhilarating musical journey .. with brilliantly original writing and inspired playing…” -- Helen Mayhew
"Every track from the rhythmic ‘NY Cab Ride’ and restless ‘4 Wheel Drive’ to the brooding ‘Mae’s Song’ has a terrific hook but it’s the way Mason switches tempo and moods that makes ALH great fun. " -- Diva Magazine
I'm saddened to learn that Tunnels is no more. I'm listening to Natural Selection right now, and it's such a killer CD. I hope that each of you guys will continue to make music in the future! Thanks.
Hey I just read in the Buckyball newsletter about the split :((((((( Well - a mighty big thanks for five fantastic records, and the very best of luck for whatever you huys decide to do next. Always a huge fan!
