Starting August 26th, The Music Row Show broadcasts LIVE from Nashville’s Music Row every Sunday from 7pm-9pm and is heard in 28 states and 3 countries. Each week, hosts Scott Southworth and Heino bring you the latest in music industry news and behind the scenes looks into how the music business works. They’ll feature exclusive interviews with industry movers and shakers such A&R executives, artists, publishers, pro-songwriters, studios, A-list musicians, and other features designed to help listeners better understand the business.
The Music Row Show's focus is to help folks negotiate the waters of Music Row without sinking. There’s no “One” way to guaranteed success in the music business, but there are certainly plenty of steps that can lead you in the right (or wrong) direction.
The format is: One hour spent with someone from the biz end (publishing,
A&R, artist management, legal, etc). This time is spent giving some education on their piece of the puzzle, then taking calls from our listeners. We’ll cover everything from marketing yourself for management and audiences, making a demo, and answering questions like when do you need a lawyer, what’s a PRO, how to pitch a song…etc.
The second hour is spent with an established writer or recording artist telling their story (how they got started, brick walls they ran into, pitfalls they avoided, etc.), playing a song or three live, and taking calls.

Thank you for YourFriendship. My eight-year-old-peace-activist son Axil's quest for World Peace Before 2021 is gaining momentum! I'm so proud of him. Please embrace him AND his song "World Peace Before 2021" which he sings beautifully. His performance can be seen on MySpace, his webpage www. worldpeacebefore2021. com and/or YouTube (by searching his name Axil Kollist.) It is my intention to post a new video of him singing his song every few months so people can watch his talent grow as impressively as the momentum for his quest! I'm sharing two photos with you. The first is of my son distributing his free world peace bumperstickers and the second photo is of him singing his song “World Peace Before 2021” at Maui's Martin Luther King Jr. Peace Day Festivities in January 08. Best regards, Axil Kollist’s mom
