Virgogray Press is an indie publisher, proudly making chapbooks and presenting the world with fresh poetry from genuine voices. We're just wanting to add to the many great works out there and are happy to be part of the literary movement! We are currently accepting manuscript submisssion for chapbook publication, but not for long. On Dec. 1, 2009, we will no longer be taking submissions for chapbook length manuscripts becuase we already have plenty of great poets to come in 2010, but we are still accepting general poetry submissions for other publications, so if you are a poet who wants to have your work published, or maybe wants others to read your work in the form of a publication, check out our website for details and maybe you can hop along with the Virgogray Press familiy, too!

Where traditions are not so rare; Sea, country and works scent the air; A multitude of monuments, Planted tubs and patterned pavements.
The longish pedestrian malls; The remnants of defensive walls; Historic buildings are a gauge Of the respect for heritage.
Wheat, rape and pines in the fields; Estuaries guarded by shields; Long sandy beaches and wide scenes; Romantic-ruin go-betweens.
Rivers in parts licked by trees, Or fringed by boat clubs, wharfs, gantries, And crossed by practical delights - Varied spans, forming pleasing sights.
Fine churches headed at Durham; Football kits ad infinitum; Kept castles - one for study; Masonry behind masonry.
And, with moulding-works out that way, It’s somewhere for a longer stay..?

I have tried everything in life, to try to be whole, to try to be happy. There is no answer in this life that answers all of our questions or all of our needs ONLY GOD!
If you have given everything in life a try, NOW TRY JESUS. I ask you to give your life to GOD accept JESUS as your Lord and Savior today. I promise that once you begin walking in your new life through Jesus Christ you will wonder why you did not do it sooner.
There are not to many things I have not tried, or done in this life, believe me. I would not tell anyone about anything I am not sure about. Now that I am living for God, and have accepted Jesus my life is so much better! I am so much happier and you can be too.
If you have already accepted Jesus and you are living for God already then you know what I am talking about.

I hate the sound of your doubt. I'll take it in; if you breathe the pain out. I ache to remind you make you believe in love again taken for granted and torn apart on my knees I'll pick up every neglected piece of your heart proving I'm not him you mock those who scream forever laugh at those who dare to beleive once open and full of hope now you toss away those dreams now you have a cynics heart Forever? Is it real? who knows? who is to say? I've yet to see God and still I pray I believe in your dreams I cherish your smile I'll help you bury those demons that put distrust in you heart if you trust what you see if you trust what you feel could you muster enough faith faith in this beginning with me afterall every forever needs a place from which to start
