About me:
TheNaturalBeautyShop.com is an online organic beauty boutique home to many top natural skincare brands. Many of The Natural Beauty Shop’s products are award winning, featured in top beauty magazines, endorsed by popular beauty editors and used by A-list Celebs. Quite simply they are fabulous! With a wide range of products including Organic Skincare, Make up, Haircare, Bodycare, Babycare, Male Grooming products and more; there really is something for everyone.

..How We Began....
We are a family run business (mother & daughter). For many years my daughter suffered from severe skin problems including acne & eczema. After years of research & trial & error, we discovered that it was the chemicals in skincare products that caused & aggravated her problems.
Many women believe they have sensitive skin when in fact they are suffering from irritation caused by chemicals in the products they use. We were surprised to find the frequent use of harsh chemicals in skincare products such as Parabens & Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) which are linked to allergies, skin irritation, cancer and hormone disruption to name a few. These chemicals are very frequently in most of the products available in the high street including many well known ‘premium’ brands & also products that are labelled ‘natural’. Legally a product only needs to contain 1% of natural ingredients for it to be labelled natural. We believe people should have the choice of what they put on their skin and our aim is to provide to you truly natural & organic skincare free from SLS, Parabens and other chemical irritants. We have a conscience; if we are not happy to use the products on ourselves we will never sell them to you.

We are not just passionate about our products because they are natural & organic, they really work. We have searched the natural beauty market to provide to you some of the best natural products available and with a range of prices to suit all budgets.
No Animal Testing We have a strict policy on animal testing we are completely against it and take pride in offering Cruelty Free Products many which are certified by BUAV confirming neither the products, ingredients or formulations are tested on animals. Click here to see all our BUAV certified products. Almost three million animals are used for experiments in the UK every year. As a result an animal dies in a laboratory somewhere in the UK every 12 seconds (source buav). We refuse to stock any brand which tests their products on animals.
Ethically Produced We are proud that many of our products are Ethically Produced. Did you know that Organic products have a far smaller carbon footprint than conventional ones, mainly because they don’t use chemical fertilisers. Chemical fertilisers have the biggest carbon impact in agricultural production. Manufacturing products that are 100% natural also generally minimises the processing required on the product and favours low energy manufacturing. We at TheNaturalBeautyShop.com feel passionate about making a real contribution towards preserving our environment by supplying many natural and organic brands. We deal with companies who are also committed to the environment. Many of our suppliers follow environmentally conscious guidelines such as manufacturing their products in an environmentally friendly way, sourcing ingredients from fair-trade and sustainable sources and using minimal, biodegradable or recyclable packaging. 70% of our products we sell will have been made in and come no further than the UK and Europe.

We guarantee all of our products are free from Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES), Parabens, Formaldehyde, Parraffinum Liquidum (mineral oil) and many other chemical nasties.
