==History==
Hailing from New York City, New York, The Natural History is an indie rock band comprised of Tepper brothers singer/guitarist Max & bassist Julian, along with drummer Derek Vockins. Formed in 2001, the band began playing in the New York area and soon caught the ear of local NYC label Startime International. The band then released a self-titled EP in 2002 and embarked on a year-long tour. While on tour, the band’s debut full-length album, Beat Beat Heartbeat, was recorded and released in 2003.
In 2004, The Natural History recorded their second album, People That I Meet,
After People That I Meet was completed in 2005, the band split up. Though the band members left on good terms, currently there are no plans for the band to get back together…

Well it's official: April 8, Spoon will be releasing the "Don't You Evah" EP, which will feature numerous remixes of Spoon's version, along with the original Natural History version.

Hi - The Natural History was the last album I bought at Tower Records. RIP. All the reviews I've read about TNH compare them to Radio 4 or something, but they remind me of Ruth Ruth. Anyways, they are cool by me. Hopefully Spoon doesn't sue them.
