| Seating Policy |
Depending on the show, we will sell tickets in one of three ways:
1. General Admission and seats will be available on a first come first serve basis with no seat guarantees;
2. Seat Guaranteed Tickets & Standing Room only tickets once the seats are sold out;
3. Seat Guaranteed Tickets only with no Standing Room available.
Please check the individual show information for the type of ticketing available.
We do not reserve seats in advance, nor do we sell tickets based on seat numbers. All events are General Admission on a first come basis through the door. You choose & reserve your seat once you enter the Theatre. | | Record Label | Unsigned |

| About The Neighborhood Theatre |
The Theatre is relaxed and comfortable, relaxed & fun, relaxed & acoustically correct, relaxed & intimate, relaxed and available for lease to other promoters and artists, and just relaxed.
Neighborhood Theatre is located in Charlotte’s most interesting arts district, the North Davidson Street Arts District (NODA). This area has art galleries , casual dining, and unique shopping. The residential area includes newly renovated “mill houses” which are homes to artists, actors, and dancers.
The Theatre is handicap accessible and non-smoking.
