   About Nemesis Army
The Nemesis Army(former Nemesis) of 2007 is the sound of a band that has progressed, evolved and found their musical niche. The sound of a musically experienced and altogether tight alternative rock unit that have grown as a band and as individuals over the last few years.

After the release of their debut album 'A lovers guide to the end of the world', Nemesis Army gained massive critical acclaim and media attention largely due to the success of their singles 'Remember the Stars' and 'Perfect', both of which were huge radio hits reaching no.1 on stations across the country.

With the release of their current album 'And So It Comes To This' released through Witchdoctor Records on November 14th 2005, Nemesis Army reinvented themselves with an intense, dark and brooding sound while still maintaining that melodic appeal that has always been at the core of the band.

With countless national tours under their belt, an album to promote and the means to do it, Nemesis Army are at the top of their game.

Look out for them when they come to your city, they may very well be your new favourite band.

Quotes:

'A good blend of passionate, progressive, hard, heavy, bouncy and melodic rock. If you're looking for something to get you going, check these guys out - BLUNT MAGAZINE

'This album has rock megahit potential(And so it comes to this)' - SL MAGAZINE

'This alternative metal album (along the lines of The Used / Chevelle) is absolutely killer. Every track kicks @ss - no lie. Plenty of light and shade in the songwriting coupled with NA's skilled performance makes "And So It Comes To This" an album for the discerning Rock fan. Find a bomb shelter, dudes - Nemesis Army is on the attack. Judging by this album, the coup is a fait accompli'. - JO DAY'S E ZINE

'They've changed their name and line-up ever so slightly but respect to Durban's Nemesis Army (formerly Nemesis) for delivering a brilliant second album. Great talent, awesome songs and fantastic production! They also happen to give a superb live performance-the real test. Listen out for the first single off this album 'Your Emptiness' -5FM DJ KOULA IN SALTWATER GIRL MAGAZINE

'Too awesome to miss in 2006' - SALTWATER GIRL MAGAZINE

"Inspired, first-class tracks." -SL MAGAZINE

"They have a fantastically unique sound and feel that breaks away from the similarity of bands currently coming out of the SA music scene- and yet their music appeals across the board. " -SL MAGAZINE

"They possess a certain on-stage irreverence which is very appealing" -NIRIN TOLSI, SUNDAY TIMES

national events calendar.

If you would like, I can also set you up to enable you to post press releases
directly onto the WhatsOnSA Portal.

Email me at diy@whatsonsa.co.za with Subject "Add Me"
In the Body type
"Gig Calendar" for gig updates
"Gig & Articles" for gig updates and adding articles.
(Optional)You can also supply preferred username and password (password must be strong i.e. letters and numbers)

Alternately, email me your gigs to gigs@whatsonsa.co.za in the format below
