70's/80's punk rock: Stiff Little Fingers, The Damned, 999, Menace, Circle Jerks, Slaughter and the Dogs, Buzzcocks, The Stranglers, Ramones, Teenage Head, Forgotten Rebels, The Simpletones, The Lurkers, Chelsea, Cock Sparrer, Naked Raygun, Pointed Sticks, DOA, Channel 3, Fear, The Vibrators, The Boys, Descendents, GBH, The Clash, The Dickies, Eater, UK Subs, etc. How much of that comes through... I don't know.
The Neutron Bombs consist of singer/guitarist Ken Fused (ex- Battalion of Saints, Methadones, Beer Goggles), Bassist Big Red (Methadones, The Bomb, Explode and Make Up), and drummer Colin Tahi (ex-Boys on Trial). They played their first show in March 2009. As for the rest... you have eyes and ears. Figure it out yourself.
This is the space where a lot of bands claim to be saving punk rock or to be the only "true" punk band in whatever city they're from, etc etc etc. What a bunch of crap!
