The Neverknown is the brainchild of Daniel Wagner, a young, disillusioned, and altogether apathetic young man. He's currently going through a 12-step program called "Rock Your Way to a Better Life." Starting a band is step 3, having already learned how to write halfway decent lyrics and strum power chords at various rhythms. For extra credit, he took some recording classes as well.
Daniel receives support in his endeavor from his friends and family, but especially Tyler, who exorcises his personal demons by beating on the skins of poor, defenseless, drums, and Brendan, who vibrates bass strings in an attempt to communicate with alien intelligence.
Step 4 of the program will involve extensive practicing and jamming, so as to improve the self-confidence of everyone involved, at which point step 5 will commence: making people's feet tap, booties shake, fists pump, and voices sing along. Step 6 will involve a demo or EP of some kind, to bring the noise to the masses. And then Daniel will be well on his way to a fuller, happier life.
Cool sound guys! I love how you have all these old-school tooth and nail bands as your influences...Dogwood, Ghoti Hook, MXPX...that's the soundtrack to my high-school days!
For the record, Ryan our rythm guitarist and I are also HUGE fans of Roper, who I definitely hear in your sound with the keyboards are all that. Definitely gotta play some shows soon!

Yeah, it is pretty awesome. We were hoping for january, but it just wasnt going to happen, but we should be there at least to watch the january edition of GBU. Haha, and basses have never been a problem, we have at least two bass guitars and amps available...its always just a lack of someone to pluck those strings....
Hey thanks for the add, we’re glad you like our music. Where did you hear about us? It would be sweet to hear back from you. Hope you have a good day.

Mr Skeeter Dan! Happy upcoming birthday to you too!! Thats cool that he share the same day! Anyhow, not sure if you know, but I have a new band, so I'm not alone anymore. You can check us out at http://www.myspace.com/123fakestreetrock
Why are some of the influences distinctly more bold than others? Does it indicate level of influence? I think you should rate all of your influences on a logarithmic scale for us. Keep on rockin'.
