Ludo had some time off so Tim Ferrell, Tim Convy, and Matt Palermo decided to write and record some songs. The name comes from a line in the Jack Kerouac book "The Dharma Bums" as well as Winona Ryder's nonsensical insistence that there will be a sequel to her classic 80's dark comedy.
