a STUDENT film festival run by STUDENTS!
This festival is all about collaboration: with universities, organisations, keen individuals. Our aim is to generate awareness amongst students, scholars and professionals of the potential of current student filmmakers….
As students we believe is important to know what other filmmakers in our level are creating, who is doing what? How they did that? Where did they find X or Z?
To share other student’s films would help everyone to gauge their own progress, while also generating motivation and enthusiasm for future films/projects.
This festival strongly encourages networking so that filmmakers with similar ideas, styles and ways of thinking, can meet each other: so that you may meet your Next producer, you may find your Next scriptwriter, you could finally get hold of your Next DoP or simply enjoy the opportunity of bonding with other filmmakers.
MISSION & OBJECTIVE
We strongly believe that with your support we can together create a different festival, a festival that is not based on prizes, private funding or interest. Instead a festival founded on collaboration between universities and students, with the aim to create a closer network amongst future filmmakers and resist to the so call film INDUSTRY.
