The Night Brigade formed in late fall of 2008 and played our first show in the middle of that December. Formed with the idea of putting everything we have into making music we have loved most of our lives, most of the songs on the Save My Soul E.P. have at least something to do with how much music has meant in our lives. Coming from backgrounds of other Southwest suburban Chicago bands like Article 57, The Risk and the short lived Endless Mike, we've all been through the ups and downs of writing, recording, playing shows, doing DIY tours and releases and I guess we just can't get enough of it. We have recorded a 6 song E.P. that we're calling Save My Soul at Bricktop Recording in Chicago, which was released on 10" vinyl this past summer. We have been having a great time with this band so far and we're doing our best to keep it going, working on a couple small tours and writing as much as possible. Look out for Save My Soul more shows and more releases in the future!
