You MUST have valid ID. Come prepared with US government-issued identification or passport (any Country) and college ID or credit card for verification of age and identification. False, altered or otherwise illegal forms of identification will be confiscated, and turned over to local authorities. If you are UNDER 21 under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will you be allowed to consume, possess, or otherwise come in contact with alcohol at this establishment. If you are found in violation of this rule, you will be asked to leave immediately. No Exceptions, no excuses. If you are UNDER 18 you must present proper ID AND be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. These rules are set by the venue within the guidelines of local, state, and federal law, and are not subject to debate or exception. The Nines reminds everyone to use alcohol responsibly, and if you drink, don't drive...it's just not worth it.
