Originally started back in 2005 as a Thursday night weekly do at The Westbourne Studios in West London, playing the music WE would like to listen and dance to when we're out and about, The Nitty Gritty! has at last found a new home in the cellar bar of The Constitution pub, located just off the beaten track in sunny Camden Town, also home to the fabulous Cellar Bar club.
Your resident DJs Deb & Jai will be there the on the 2nd Sunday of every month, bringing you the best in 60's soul, r&b, ska, rocksteady, freakbeat, garage, girl group sounds, calypso, hammond grooves, frat rock, jump blues, gospel and whatever else that floats our boat.
Our regular guest DJs will be bringing their own inimitable style to the proceedings each month. Watch this space!
