Music in the Natchitoches and the surrounding areas seemed to be same ol' same ol' and then a group of college students decided that people needed something different. Something that was fun to listen to and made people want to move. In the spirit of bands that had gone before them such as The Meters, Galactic, Howard Shaft, James Brown, Greyboy Allstars, and so many others, Brother John and the Snackpack (later thankfully changed to The Entertainers) delivered music that would make people haaaaaappppyyy!! This tight knit group of musicians strive to make people feel the groove while staying alert to what people want to hear.
