Influences
Influences (In no particular order of priority as we both think all of these artists/bands are Genii - is that the plural for Genius?) include the likes of Craig Armstrong, Lamb, Portishead, Massive Attack, Crystal Method, K&D, Rae & Christian, Hybrid, Hefner, LTJ Bukem, DJ Shadow, Unkle, Fila Brazillia, Adam F (More in the D&B sense), Bent, Way Out West, Kosheen, Faithless.... tell you what, I'll stop now cos I could keep goin for an ice age or two.
Sounds Like
Have been told we sound like anything from Lamb, Bjork to PJ Harvey and Kate Bush (Though possibly the latter one on a track that's not available on the site at the mo)..... have a listen and let us know cos then we might have an idea!
The Nuance Effect was formed in 2005 in London, by Steve Hurst & a few other collaborators who happened to meet whilst studying down that way. With a keen sense of fusing ambient sounds, huge beats and intelligent lyrics, Steve is currently working on new material for release sometime early in 2007.
The Nuance Effect also do a lot of remixing and are kinda working with a few people under an electronica collective down north london way, so if anybody's looking for a remix for their tunes and is into our stuff then get in touch
Easy now! Go to my friends and check out Joel Owen & Ols Moore, they are both well good and well sound geezers. Joel used to play drums in The Picks and Ols used to play bass.
Hey Steve! Thx for the comm! How u been? I'm good. ALmost done with uni & working at the British Academy now. Just been recording new stuff and always looking for a good producer; if you or anyone you know want to do some dance/pop stuff with me, lemme know. Take it easy. -Kels x
Hi the nuance effect! New track uploaded called "I Am" featuring Íse on vocals. This track will probably be the intro to the album "I Am" due to be released after this summer. Cheers

There is exquisite beauty in your music in mysteriousness!!
It is impressive that a base sound is heavy~
There is an aggressive element in a beautiful sound!
Thanx for adding me!
