Obsidian Oz is the brain child of multi-instrumentalist Oz Middleton. After submitting his songs to Garageband.com he won the much coveted Track of the Day for "The Dream", followed by numerous awards and badges. Meanwhile Oz's other songs were quickly winning Gold in 'The Battle of the Bands' on the Fredio Radio internet network.
During 2007 Obsidian Oz was transformed into a six-piece band performing live versions of these songs throughout the N.Y. area, culminating in the release of his first CD, The Dream.
At the end of '08 Obsidian Oz's songs had been aired to more than 1 million listeners.
In 2009 Oz has returned to the studio and is working on his next stellar project T.B.A. (to be announced).
Just recorded a new version of a classic by The Jets, You Got It All...
