*Theo Eastwind is Back
Theo Eastwind is releasing his Sojourn debut record titled "King of the Underground", entirely recorded on the subway platform where Theo earns his keep and captivates straphangers. Theo working with Sojourn co-founder Mark Ambrosino recorded these ten songs live under the streets of New York during 2007. An ardent advocate of free speech and subway musicians, Theo's release not only demonstrates his amazing talent for singing and songwriting, but also shows he puts his money where his mouth is and stands up for a cause he believes in. Within the CD, one finds the Ten rules to being a subway musician. As for the title, Theo probably has one of the longest subway musician careers, though there are others who have been doing it a long while. But self-aggrandizement isn't his motive. For Theo, every subway musician is a "king" due to being able to practice their art, express themselves to a receptive public, and earn a living as well.

Modern day troubadour, Theo Eastwind became an icon on New York subway platforms through years as a Music Under New York performer. The hole worn through the body of his acoustic guitar is a tangible reminder of Theos commitment to his music. Theos blend of edgy alternative strumming and graceful melodies quickly hook straphangers and have landed sales of over 13,000 CDs underground. Theo Eastwind was featured on MSNBC.com, earned Big Apple Icon label by the New York Post, and won the 100-musician Williamsburg Live Singer/Songwriter Competition.

My friend did get arrested and main cop said to two others, "You guys did great today - we got ten of 'em, only one got by us..."
Finally - why why why AFTER ticket was written did he ask for my address AND apartment number twice?
