Before I start I would just like to say that juicing has changed my life beyond all recognition and it has become my mission to juice the world.
I feel weirdly uncomfortable with such blatant self promotion how ever I am truly passionate about what I do and live it on a daily basis. Although I now make a living from writing my books, and sales of products it has just evolved that way and not what I set out to do.
I love helping people to reach their vibrant and healthy potential and along the way I have had the privilege of working with some amazing people. The most memorable perhaps was Katie Price aka Jordan. We had a fantastic time filming the nutrition part of her workout DVD and I had a lot of fun watching her workout on my rebounder. An unforgettable experience! Katie Price was one of the most dedicated people I have worked with and she got great results.
Having been fat with man boobs, a drinker of upto 16 pints of lager a day, a heavy smoker, a body covered I psoriasis and chronic asthma things are really looking up for me now!!
Once I got into a swimming pool and everyone else got out, if I was ever going to be a hit with the ladies it was definitely time to do something! My journey had begun.
Just because I was thick physically I wasn’t thick mentally (like a lot people used to think) so I read a lot, and tried many different things, but when it came down to it we all know what we should eat. Lots of fruit and vegetables.
Why don’t we do it?
I hated veggies and apples were what went in pies but I persevered and after finding an old juicer in the cupboard I started drinking my fruit and veggies. It wasn’t all plain sailing and I drank some foul tasting stuff, and even went on just juice for three months, mainly carrot, yes I turned orange and no I wouldn’t recommend it.
The skeleton look is not a good one for me!!
However eventually I found great tasting juices and my juicy lifestyle began, it cured my asthma, and after further tweaking got rid of 90% of my psoriasis and I no longer felt tired and fat.
Along my journey I quit smoking and drinking and as I realised how much better my life was with out these crutches I started to question why I smoked and drank the first place. When I realised that I didn’t do it by choice and I had been brainwashed all my life to do it I was hopping mad and set about reversing all the brainwashing and when I knew how easy it was to quit and everyone else seemed to be struggling I wanted to share what I had learned. My first book, “How to give up Drinking for life easily” I am still most proud of.
I find it scandalous that we are treated as purely consumers with no thought to our wellbeing and with help from like minded people I want to change that and make people aware of all the bo**ocks that surround food and drink, so people can make choices based on what is good for them.
Health is easy, dis-ease is hard. In your life you always have a choice - Get Busy Living Or Get Busy Dying.
We have set up a non profit fund with the sole objective of making a real difference to people who need help on the health front. The foundation subsidises & provides books, DVDs, and juicers to people who genuinely need them, yet are faced with financial challenges.
Our ultimate dream was to create a foundation which could genuinely benefit people suffering from an array of illnesses from psoriasis through to cancer. In our commitment to make a juicy difference, we even offer the opportunity for people to join us free of charge on our beautiful detox retreats.

Hey Jason! How are you? Looking good on the GQ cover! Which issue is that? I saw you have a new book coming out- can't wait:) Hope you had a great holiday and take care!
Good Morning Just thought I would pop on and say hello and hope you are well and recovered after your week in Bordubet! I do hope the sun shined on Friday I was thinking about you guys!
Hey Jason - I saw you at the Vitality Show a couple of years ago and was inspired by your enthusiasm and common sense! You truly are an inspiration. Stay juicey xx
cheers for the add request. i bloody love you jason! i've been juicing for a year and a half and have never felt better - not one cold during that time. much love, lindsay
Juicers and trampolines go hand in hand. I was a bit sceptical about buying one to be honest, because i thought it was a womanly/childish thing to buy but after reading that you rec'd one i went along. Working all muscles surely musn't be bad at all! Im glad i bought it, because i already have been better tone down in the abs, better than doing lots of sit ups! Plus its a good way to alleviate all the extra energy that you get from juicing and sprucing up your mood - nice one Jase!
Hi Jase, you know in your book 7Ibs in 7 days you talk about Henry Ford and what he believed in. Henry Ford, was he not Adolf Hitler's close friend? I've read Hitler had a photo of him in his own office! I'd question the credibility of such a man considering the friends he had!
This morning on The Wright Stuff they featured an article from The Sun about an elderly German Professor who has not eaten food since 2001! The man lives on juicing fruit and vegetables, fond of coffee and the odd glass of wine and is physically fit and strong - playing tennis. I should find and scan the article
