Formed in 2000, the OIDS sought to form a power trio with a unique edge. Pulling influences from a wide range of sources (from Zepplin to NOFX to Mr. Bungle to Ween) they created an original blend of music that can be best described as “oid-core.” They have toiled relentlessly in pursuit of their musical vision, playing a wide variety of venues across eastern CT, assaulting audiences with their dynamic sound and energetic live show.
