This is the short story of an Omaha NE. band called the Ointments...its a story of three. The three are Reagan Roeder (guitar/lead vocal), Kyle Harvey (bass/vocals),and Landon Hedges (drums/shots of rumpel). All of these guys are accomplished musicians who have supported each others bands and solo acts for the last five years or so. Kyle is well known around the midwest and beyond as a truly sincere and innovative songwriter and performer having fronted his own band The Great Dissapearing Act and performing solo. Landon is also recognizable as the front man for his incredible band Little Brazil and his semi-solo act Fine Fine Automobiles as well as for having played in The Desaparacidos and The Good Life. Reagan meanwhile has divided his time writing and performing songs in omaha and nashville the last few years playing solo and in bands like Raygun Revolt and finally The Ointments. These guys are best friends and fans of each other and are excited to be in the same city. The Ointments plan on continually releasing albums and touring until its no longer fun (dont hold your breath). A few notable shows have been shared with Jay Mascis, Mike Watt, The Walkmen, Bright Eyes, Son Ambulance, Flemming and John, Neva Denova and Little Brazil.
"truly worth the wait. This release is full of passion and melodic genius." audionut.com

Early morning before the sun comes up, the smell of kelp in the air as seagulls eye the mornings meal. This is what I feel like when I listened to, "Walking In Your Shoes." Hypnotic....................................................................................................
