Sounds Like
We sound original and don't really sound like any band in some ways. But we are influenced by, and therefore sound like, many bands in other ways. We sound like ourselves, inspired, heartfelt, and a blend of all the great music we have ever heard and loved. We play something between Rock and Roll, Folk Rock, Jam band, Irish music, and Honky Tonk Country all rolled together into one fat number. We call it AMERICAN TWANG AND HOLLER, good old Americana Roots Music. Mostly we just like to have great craic, play hard, and make it a good time wherever we play.
In our music there is always a silent chord struck to call out and make a stand for PEACE, for harmony and balance, for upholding the sacredness of life, and for putting an end to the madness of little king george and his court of fools, miscreants, and war mongers. We are musical ambassadors striving to bring a sense of heartfelt connection and true community back to the world via our music.
About The Yellers, The Auld Yellers, The Old Yellers
The Old Yellers [American Roots Music] are something to behold. This band isn't just old timey, laid back, sweet country sounds of yesterday. No Sir! They are also foot stompin, rabble rousing, hootin and hollerin good time music of here and now. They have it all, great harmonies, tender ballads, and nothin but good times. You just get yourself down to catch them if you can.

Thom Moore (Pumpkinhead, Midnight Well)Thom has written so many great songs inc. Carolina Rua, Prayer for Love, The Scholar & Saw You Running. And this review from The Sunday Times sums up Gerry. “The instrumentals are out of this world.
