EP RELEASE UPDATE 22nd MAY 2009
So, myself, Perry, Chris A, and Timmy went on a trip to Dunedin last December to record new O’LOVELY songs with the fantastically amazing Dale Cotton. The new songs came together when I was overseas passing time in a small London apartment and when I returned to the oh so exciting Christchurch.. I ended up writing a few songs and decided to record them when I got back home.. I haven’t played these songs live at all yet, well apart from one time at Alex Camerons flat leaving party.. I think we played one song. Anyway, if you want to see what we’ve been up to, come along to GOODBYE BLUE MONDAY down Poplar lane on the 22nd of May.. it would be awesome to see everyone dancing again!! We will also be releasing the Video for the first "single" A Different Day, a group of us spontaneously went galavanting around different parts of christchurch while Damien filmed us, it was a very cold gloomy sunday so we all got rather drunk off anonymous red wine.. good times. According to Tim Moore we will also be releasing other things on stage.. guess your just gonna have to come and see for yourselves.. I’m still unsure but stranger things have happened.

just wanted to let you know we are going to be down at Phonica Records in Soho (51 Poland St ) this Thursday evening (7 May) to celebrate the release of our first album.
we are putting a rather good little soundsystem in. Then we'll mix up some lovely drinks to ply you with, and go and play a few songs around 8pm. If the weather is nice the windows of the shop slide out and we'll be playing out to the street
hope to see you down there...if not I'll drink yours! - especially if I am holding a copy of the finished article (fingers crossed - they are meant to be delivered that day...)
