James Dean is more than a 1950’s hero, James Dean is a 21st century legend.
James Dean started playing his funky sound at the tender age of 16 picking up his first two residencies at the infamous clubs Marco Polo’s and Tin Tins Nightclub respectively two major powers in the shaping of the Midlands Club Scene. He cut his teeth warming up for the legendary Tony De Vit which gave him a grounding for the quality he must produce to succeed.

With most of the midlands conquered he decided to spread his wings and develop his style into a harder more euphoric sound, residency madness struck once more picking up residencies with Sundissential and Polysexual @ Gods kitchen. Receiving accolades from Ministry Magazine as the best up and coming DJ and also mixing the cover mount CD for M8 magazine. In the studio James Dean grounded out track after track releasing his funky edged sound into the hard house arena. With gigs all over the world he became no stranger to travel and the airport became his home – Hong Kong, China, Japan, Taiwan, South Africa to name but a few became regular haunts for James Dean.
Though he was looking for something more? Taking on this challenge with a close friend he set up the Artist Management Company *Resistance – signing DJ’s such as Fergie, Alan Thompson, Steve Thomas and The Sharp Boys. The agency was a massive success and with the meteoric rise of Fergie, he knew he had the business presence and was in the right place.
James Dean decided to take a break from gigging and travelling to concentrate on the management side. 2008 – Welcome Back James Dean is back with a style of music which will elevate any crowd to hit the dance floor and remember the reason why they love house music so much. His style of music is striking vocals, rolling beats and euphoric house sounds will only leave crowds wanting more. In the studio James Dean has been working on a number of releases the first of which will be out on Groove Digital Recordings. With another stunning production on Fundamental Recordings UK to follow in quick succession.
