BIO :

The band THEOPSYA was born in Toulouse (France) when Tanguy Jacquemier (guitars) and Pierre Bedos (guitars), who already played together, met Rémy Alarçon (bass) in the beginning of summer 2006. The three of them spent the summer composing heavy metal songs. In september 2006, Nico Sordello (drums) joined the band.
The line-up is complete when Esther Perli (keyboards) and Clémentine Rico (vocals) join the band in 2007. The band records its first three-tracks home-made-demo in august 2007 before Kevin Singlan (keyboards) came up to replace Esther.
Theopsya rocked their hometown for a few years, and then had to face a huge line-up issue in 2010. Nico & Rémy decided to build Theopsya again. Nacht Huguenot (keyboards) joined the band, as he's friend with Nico and have already played with him. New musiciancs are hired : Pascal Guehl (guitars), Adrien Salado (guitars & screams), and Manon Civial (lead vocals). Summer 2010, the band is complete again and ready to rock !
In one year and a half, the "new" Theopsya perform a handful of shows, including one at Le Bikini, one of the most prestigious venue in the french south-west area, and an opening act with the famous philharmonic metal band Whyzdom. The band also record its first EP "Tales Of An Angel" in november 2011.
In March 2012, Nacht decide to leave the band. While Theopsya is looking for a new keyboardist, they are also writing new material (to be recorded in 2013) and try to plan some shows for 2012.
