Theo is a four piece indie rock band from the Midwest whose influence and sound ranges from 1960's U.K. to modern day indie pop. Known throughout the region for their enthusiastic live shows, melodic harmonies, and catchy hooks.
In 2007 the current line-up was formed when the main songwriting team of John and Brett met up with the super force rhythm section of Kevin and Elliot.
After winning a Chicagoland battle of the bands in late 2007, Theo re-vamped their sound and headed into the studio to work on their upcoming EP. During 2008, Theo has been tweaking their live performance and expanding their ever growing fan base with performances in Chicago and Indianapolis while still performing to standing room only crowds in their hometown. Competing against over 5000 other bands from around the world, Theo recently made it into the finals at Ourstage.com in the categories of Bonnaroo,
CMJ, Indie Pop, Rothbury, and Best Music Video.

Hey Brett, that'd be awesome if you could up it for the Schubas show. We're trying to go out with a bang. And YES, we definitely need to play again. We're going to be taking some time off after Schubas to record. But we're going to throw a show in here and there.
I am now super excited because I just saw that you guys are playing at the Wanatah Legion on the 18th! I'm going to be home for my niece's birthday... so I will definitely be there! Can't wait to hear you rock out! :)
So you guys don't happen to be playing a show this Friday night... do you? I was just hoping because I'm going to be in town for just the night and won't really have time to see anyone.
