About me:
I was born and raised in northern Alberta, migrated to Edmonton then Toronto.
I VJ for bands, djs and all kinds of events, basically creating a live music video using computers, cameras, video mixers and fx units. I also do motion graphics to pay the bills, producing video for product launches, awards shows, corporate events etc.
Right now focusing on expanding my business and talents as animator / video artist so that one day I can retire on Vancouver Island. *dream*
Just into doing my thing, having fun and pushing the limits of what I can do with the technology at my fingertips.
Overall, depressed at the current state of the world, but determined to do my best with the cards delt me, and at the very least ride this fucker all the way to oblivion.
Here is a pic of one of my live video shows : hard to capture projected light, but the giant cubes were actually rotating constantly, with projections showing on all 4 sides. I spent 3 days building those things, but the end result was worth it. Afterwards, I had to rip them apart and throw them away, which made it seem all the more special.
Here's another one, a 3 screen setup - thats DJ Craze in the shot. Damn djs, always getting in the way of the visuals.
