Kool & Duvall (Formerly THE OUTSIDERS) are one of the freshest Producer/Songwriter teams in the industry with genres ranging from Dance Floorfillers to Commercial Pop and R&B.
Nathan and Gavin began crafting their skills together back when they were both studying their music degrees in London. They were quickly scouted by Chart Topping veteran Panos Liassi (Supafly Inc, Ministry of Sound, Universal) soon after which, their first release reached the Top 10 of the official Cool Cuts and Commercial Pop Top 30 charts. Tastemaker Pete Tong quickly picked up their first single ‘My House’. It was later signed and released on Pete Tong’s label (EMI Publishing) and was featured in their debut EP.
Their next venture came in the form of remixing and producing for artists and labels such as Ministry of Sound/Amanda Wilson, Timmy Vegas (Universe Media/Soul Central) and none other than the reggae innovators Sly and Robbie (Damian Marley).
Kool & Duvall are currently writing and producing for the multi-million selling Latin American artist Noelia as part of her latest worldwide album release!
Closer to their London base, they are currently writing and producing for new girl group Velvet Kiss, 5 sexy females fresh from Channel 4’s reality TV show - Shipwrecked 2008.
When Kool & Duvall are not working on artists’ material, they run and produce their own projects released under their own name, and A&R for different record companies.
