I am a cofounder of Danse Macabre along with Matt Vickerstaff (Darkwave Art), Charlotte Thomson (Charlotte Thomson Art & Illustration) which we set up in January 2007 . We were joined by Jody Capuano (Black No.1 Alternative Arts Agency) in 2008. Danse Macabre organises creative and innovative arts events and exhibitions. Well, it's that time of year....The Chaos team, fresh from their relaxing summer hols are pleased to announce their imminent return, revitalized and ready to cause Chaos once more....
Our resident Dj's Akasi and Davian will be dishing out an eclectic mix of Ebm, dark dance and metal mayhem...There may even be a little punk thrown in for good measure.
This month we have the irrepressible Mr Gadge Europa along as our speacial guest DJ...Nuff said...

'CONJUNCTIO' A Graphic Grimmoire by Orryelle Defenestrate-Bascule, published by FULGUR LIMITED (UK).
Animation of Lunar Zoomorphs from the Grimmoire above.
The Book CONJUNCTIO presents mirrored pairs of Sacred Twins and Divine Lovers from various cultural pantheons coupled on facing pages. They are aligned in such a way that when the pages are turned the figures are United in holy conjunction by the alchemical reader.
Different reflective relationships -alchymic opposites and complementaries- are explored
b e t w e e n the pages.
UK launch: Treadwells Esoteric Bookshop, , London 19th Sept.
Europe launch: Safara Esoteric Bookshop, Rome 24th Sept
US launch: Esozone Festival, Portland Oregon Oct 11th
Each launch will include or be closely followed by ritual musickal-theatrickal performances by Orryelle, and some of the original artwork from the Grimmoire will also be exhibited...

Just stopping by to say hi from Gathering of Darkness and to let you and others know we have made some spooky updates to our myspace page.
Also we will be at the Transworld Halloween convention in Vegas on March 16-19 as exhibtors displaying our music and masks. For those of you who don't know it's the world's largest Halloween trade show. Something you don't want to miss if your an avid haunter or Halloween enthusiast.
