Dylan Fouste and The Painted Fool's Studio's Blurbs
About me:
"Everyone must leave something behind when he dies, my grandfather said. A child or a book or a painting or a house or a wall built or a pair of shoes made. Or a garden planted. Something your hand touched some way, so your soul has somewhere to go when you die, and when people look at that tree or that flower you planted, you're there. It doesn't matter what you do, he said, so long as you change something from the way it was before you touched it into something that's like you after you take your hands away. The difference between the man who just cuts lawns and a real gardener is in the touching, he said. The lawn cutter might just as well not have been there at all; the gardener will be there a lifetime." -Granger, Farenheit 451 <_> I never found the companion that was so companionable as solitude. We are for the most part more lonely when we go abroad among men than when we stay in our chambers. ~Henry David Thoreau, "Solitude," Walden, 1854

Dyyyyyyylan! just finished 'the reader' and as is not an usual occurance, the movie was just as good as the book. how much of that has to do with the many love scenes with ms. winslet, i'm unsure. check it out. i just found a used book store in town!!!! bought 2 books today and i'm going to scrape some sheetrock from my house and sell it to a crack head for money FOR MORE BOOKS!

Thank you and we had a great time! It was really nice to meet you all. No I think we slipped out before the cupcakes were being thrown, but we were also outside by the fire for a while. Fun times!

It's funny how present you are in my past. I have tons of pictures of us and drawings you've done on my notebooks, my first boyfriend (sorry about how that turned out), concert ticket to U2, a painting on my wall.
I love you Dylan! Thank you for being one of the most extraordinary and lovely people i've ever met!!!!!!
