The Palers' Project is a loose international collective of fans of the
great English band Procol Harum, who record the songs of Gary Brooker, Matthew Fisher,
Robin Trower and Keith Reid for their own and others' pleasure.
Three 2CD albums are currently available online from www.palersproject.com :
Lost in the
Looking-Glass (2002),
From Shadow to
Shadow (2004), and
Trace of a Feeling
(2006). Altogether that's 122 tracks; each album typically features 70 to 100
musicians. A fourth 2CD album is in preparation, and contributions are welcome ...
