"An on-the-rise local indie act for fans of melodic, vocal-driven pop." - New York Magazine
"...after replay number two or three, it becomes easier to pick up on the amount of epic-goodness the band has managed to cram into each track... Nothing feels out of place and there are moments when the band gets into an ecstatic rhythm unmatched by most of their contemporaries." - soundsuck.com
"It's a pity Creation Records the now defunct legendary U.K. indie label isn't around to organize a package tour around The Party Faithful with Felt and The House of Love, or maybe the late great Swervedriver. The band's best new song, "Revolution Fuse," an optimistic slow builder recalls Morrissey's glam-rock albums from the early '90s, with nifty and natural turns of phrase 'Though we are older, the night is young.' " - The Day, New London
CMJ Showcase Review - "This band really sounds tight live and has everything that you would think could take them to the forefront of the music scene in Brooklyn. The rhythm section really locks in. It is made up of bassist Erica D'Andrea Gray and drummer Paul Frick. They seem to really sit so well in the pocket together. The bass lines are actually melodically driven for the songs, but the balance is found with Frick keeping the beats. D'Andrea also adds some beautifully crafted backing vocals creating an extremely fitting feminine element to the arrangements. Front-man/guitarist, Patrick Harmon, seems to be the cultivator of most of the song writing and he really executes his melodies pretty much perfectly. Let's put it this way: If you like Morrisey, you'll like The Party Faithful. Moreover, if you just like seeing pinpoint execution of song writing in a tight and experienced band then you'll love The Party Faithful." - Witness Production Program
**********
The Party Faithful officially formed in the summer of 2007, but it isn't exactly a new band. In truth, it all began when singer/guitarist Patrick Harmon and former drummer Paul Frick joined forces in 2001. As their lineup and musical styles changed, so did the name - first Dollhouse Architects, then Mothlight and most recently Lolita Bras. Now, along with bassist Erica D'Andrea Gray, they have emerged as a solid and formidable hybrid.
Throughout their history, they have never had a problem winning over new listeners with their addictive melodies, sonic complexity and oft-praised live energy, as they've proven in notable venues all over NYC and spanning the East Coast.
The Party Faithful recently unveiled Seven Cycles, a solid 7-song record that's "...full of more of the same addictive, tasteful, upbeat indie-pop they're known for."(– The L Magazine.) It is now available at shows, on iTunes, or through the button below:

hey thanks! now i know you're very committed so i wont even ask you - but we're toying with the idea of getting someone to play BASS in TMT instead of me. so i can play 2nd guitar and some other things. if you know anyone with a little bounce in the BASS please send them OUR WAY. or another guitar player. or anyone. we've just got a trombone lady and a 2nd synth lady. it's turning into a chick band. as long as we don't get as big as MARGOT and the nuclear whatnot i think we'll be ok.
