My name is Lydia Smith-Lenardson. I am from the Republic of Palau in the southwest Pacific, http://www.visit-palau.com/ and have been a certified Reiki Master Teacher and practitioner since 1998. I am a current member of the Chikara-Reiki-Do Masters Group, and volunteer with a number of Yahoo healing groups: Divine Manifestation Energies, Drops of Hope, EssentiallyOurs, Huna Ohana, The Cure Drive, Lightworkers Germany, and the CATIRT (run by my Instant Response Group Leader of the Distant Healing Network, www.the-dhn.com).

Since my early childhood and through Reiki training, I have developed my innate talents of psychic sensing and often share psychic intuitive messages during healing sessions. I go where my heart and soul lead me and it's been an interesting journey. I also enjoy practicing Yang style tai chi and aromatherapy which I integrate with healing sessions. In addition to creating my own Usui Reiki Master Initiation, I currently hold certifications in 3 dozen advanced energy healing systems. Aside from a personal interest and curiosity in holistic healing, I wanted to share what I learned to help empower others. So I do that through distance energy healing for people and their households, including pets and plants on my holistic health website:..

A few months ago I met an owner of a holistic healing spa in Corona at a local business workshop. Well, we hit it off immediately and I was invited to consult there after the Grand Opening on April 9, 2009.

We had common goals in servicing people with health challenges who needed to find alternatives that didn't involve debilitating side effects, plus relieve emotional and mental stress, thereby improving overall wellness.

And to that end we are providing FREE SERVICES to the military. We hope to expand our Free services to those with major illness and injury with the help of charitable organizations.

For the general public, the First Visit is FREE so everyone could spend a few hours trying out the equipment and get a free demonstration session with a holistic practitioner - acupuncture, reflexology, hypnotherapy, aromatherapy...AND Reiki with Yours Truly.

I suppose this path of mine with healing began with my family and relatives, particularly with my mother's terminal illnesses throughout my childhood...

But I think what really inspired me and led me to my passions with music, dance, and art was my father and growing up in a Pacific island culture...It's in the blood! If I could only wiggle my pinkie finger, it would be wiggling away to the beat! Sway to the rhythm!!

My background in theatre and dance including Hawai'ian hula and chant have taken me around the world - mainland US, Hawai'i, West Indies, Phillipines, Hong Kong and Micronesia. I go where my heart and soul lead me and it's been an interesting journey.
