Love Your Enemy is the third Peasant record to date. It opens with the stolen election of 2000 by George W Bush and carries into the illegal invasion of Iraq. Styles include Punk, Hard Rock, Pop, Folk and Swing. Love, Politics, Spiritual themes and Sex are addressed. Pick up any Peasant CD and you'll wear it thin. Guaranteed or your money back.
The Peasants completed a NINE WEEK Tour of Germany, Holland and Austria in Fall 2007. Back in the USA working on new material, The Peasants hope to return to Europe in Fall 2008.
Remember this night man? You're in a lot of the footage, hahaha. Jack gave me 2 DVD's worth of this stuff, so far there are three "parts" up, (and many many more are in the pipes) look 'em up on youtube.
Hi Pete! No, it's not Lilian. I'm Singha :))The redheaded photographer. Lilian and I were colleagues/friends. Due to health issues I haven't been around much the last 2 years. Hope to see you again soon! No change you can come over earlier than 2009? Take care xx
Hey, Pete, we're listenin' to your album, you gotta put "Less and Less" up on your space, it's that '*&*%$#, we wish we wrote that song' tune. P.S. we got your email, decided to grab hold of that Irish luck. Great story.
We turned our good friend, Pete Berwick (on our top friends). on to your music. You guys totally share the same kinda "Attitude' The venue might alter slightly, but the commonality remains- you guys have fevered words in common. I told him to listen to "Homeland Security," and you should turn him on to "Less and Less." These two songs are the true gems of this album, Pete.
