About me: ‘Magic Sam' the peoples magician, a 22 year old from Chorley near Manchester, is not only a very skilled card magician; he is also a sleight of hand artist and juggler, with an alternative rock style. And most importantly, he has a personality the size of Texas. Eminently lovable, delightfully hilarious, completely fearless and wonderfully talented, Sam my just be the perfect magician.
After leaving college early to pursue his dream! He started his career performing for adults and children alike in the working class pubs of his home town, straight from this Sam hit the streets stopping passers by and wowing them to earn a living! His next step was to become the head resident magician at britains first magic bar beating 80 other auditionees to the position.
This is my first appearance on bbc2's Let Me Entertain you!

Bringing the variety of the seaside pier shows of times gone by to Manchester City Centre for one night only.
Last year saw Manchester’s pioneering vintage cabaret party, The Whim Wham Club get voted as one of the worlds best alternative parties by Bizarre Magazine (Nov 2008 issue)
Now in its 3rd year as a regular fixture on the first Friday of the month in Charlies Nightclub this wild and adventurous club event is taking centre stage at this years Eurocultured festival. The Whim Wham Club has launched the careers of some of Manchester’s wildest bands such as ‘Dr Butlers Hat stand Medicine Band’. Over the past years its founder and Manchester impresario Alix Walker has been involved in producing festival shows and street theatre adventures for the likes of The Secret Garden Party, Hendricks Gin, Tuaca drinks and Eurocultured Dublin.
This latest music hall style cabaret showcase will be part of the Eurocultured After/Hours event on Sunday 24th May 09 and will take place in The Greenroom Theatre space. Inspired by music hall and cabaret shows that graced Britain in the early 1900’s, The Whim-Wham Club gives a platform to some of the most talented and elaborate performers in the land.
