About me:
What's happening in The P.I. this week:
A pet project of Steak Productions, The P.I. was born after the realization of a common desire to reacquaint young Filipinos living abroad with their motherland, as well as garner our country the international adulation it deserves. Launched with the blessing of the Philippine Department of Tourism in November 2006, The P.I. is slated to be the sole campaign of its kind, with huge events throughout the year, catered specifically for the Filipino youth from around the globe.
Armed with a massive support system in the urban lifestyle network, stretching from the Bay to New York City, Hawaii to Australia, and Japan to London, The P.I. looks to merge Filipino talent from the global music, sports, fashion, media, and art industries on an annual basis. This page promises to serve as a guide to what's really good out here; from where to find dope Pinoy graphic tees, a scoop on celebrity hangouts, PBA game reviews, directions to where the hottest local bands are playing, must-see landmarks, to a list of what clubs get hyphy, play house, spin vinyl, throw down old school, etc.

Who I'd like to meet:
All Fil-Ams and other Filipinos living around the world. We're using this page as a database of our youth worldwide, with the goal of registering as many of our migrated countrymen and women, between the ages of 13 and 35, as possible. We will be submitting our findings to the Philippine Government, and Department of Tourism. Please do join us in uniting our kapwa Pinoys across all six continents, as we launch The P.I. - the link for 2nd and 3rd generation Filipinos abroad, to their motherland.
