Pierced Keith's Interests
General
I have a ton of interests - most of them are art or music oriented. Sports doesn't really do it for me - despite the fact that I love watching the Olympics and the Tour de France.
:
Music
Opera, some Bluegrass, Clint Black, Brad Paisley, Dixie Chicks, Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams, Abba, you name it - I have probably heard it and like it. From jazz to broadway shows to english pop and portuegese fado - I listen to everything. And this is one of my favorite singers...
Movies
I'm a sucker for a good musical - Chicago, Moulin Rouge, anything with Gene Kelly, Catherine Deneuve.
Which RENT Character Are You?
You are Mark. You tend to be on the outside, forever looking in. You film the lives of others as you see them because it helps you get a better understanding of how you should live your own. Because of your detatched nature, you tend to be the peace-maker and voice of reason among your friends, due to the fact that you can see things that they don't. Take this quiz!
Crossing Jordan, My Name is Earl, The Office, Scrubs, and some of the Law & Order shows.
Books
Favorite Authors: Poppy Z Brite, Nancy Collins, Patrick Gale, Edmund White, Clive Barker, A.S. Byatt, C.S. Lewis, Anne Rice, Christopher Rice, Jeanette Winterson - and of course - Harry Potter.
Heroes
Lance Armstrong, Robbie Williams, Matt Ledbetter, Jamie Oliver

Keith. What's up, man? How were the holidays? Mine were...eh...they just happened, and I'm pretty glad they're over. I'm headed to the U of M on the 22. No more Concordia for me...unless they fuck something up and I have to go back there (which is a strong possibility).
I wish you were here, too!! We could finish up the sushi from last night and fix the soba that wasn't boiled and watch New Year's shows all day and sit in the kotatsu and eat mikan and nashi and watch the snow fall outside. (Well, maybe you're watching snow fall outside over there, huh?)
I'm so thankful that we got back in touch last year and just want you to know how precious you are to me. Thank you for being such a wonderful friend!!
I remember the day you told me that you were at the same benefit that Robert Gant was. You got to meet him. I was so jealous! He is after all the gay Brad Pitt. Next weekend I am going to see RENT. I can't wait. :)
There are a lot...detention in Miss McNeil's 4th grade class?? or what were we doing after school? I remember Daniel Suzuki was there too. Also, 6th grade -- letting the frogs free in the classroom and Mrs. Gustafason flushing the rest down the toliet! We got her back by putting her in jail...Also, senior recital, I didn't even know you played piano and you played "Moonlight Sonata" -- awesome!
Memories of us... let's see... my first memory would have to be meeting you in Memphis, TN before my wedding. But my favorite memory would have to be calling and surprising you and talking with you for many, many minutes! =)
Thought I'd send something to put a smile on your face. Hope you're doing okay and taking care of yourself. Oh, I found another one of the Tamaki Koji CDs from the list. I'll wait to find another one before I send it, okay?
I miss you too! I did not go out - too tired! School is awesome - I LOVE it! Probably not going out this weekend either - but next weekend FOR SURE. I'll call you later this week...
