Spring 2006: Three comrades met to play some music. Set up in a spider-infested basement, they jammed. Drummer, Alex Smith, and guitarist, Alexei Broner, had been working on a song in the style of Dick Dale. Tim brought his Farfisa organ and suggested a bridge and the sound was born. Then that November, Matt Leverton was brought on to play bass, and the sound was complete.
The Pistols at Dawn provide a sonic assault that will make you dance with tears in your eyes. By infusing catchy dance beats with dramatic flair, they might just knock you off that bar stool and on to the dance floor.
