Lets party like its 1959
Purveyors of glamour, glitter and gaiety, the Plastic Hearts can cook up a sideshow to cater for any occasion. Armed with face paint, roller skates and their infamous beauty boudoir, the Hearts and their husbands are ready to bring fun and frivolity to your event.
As hosts of Bournemouth’s most exciting club night Big In Japan, they delight partygoers week after week with their array of alter-egos - from roller disco dolly’s to jilted brides (always closely followed by their disgruntled wedding party). The Plastic Hearts have also entertained and enthralled the crowds at nights such as Adventures in The Beetroot Field, Potty Mouth Disco and Nuke ‘Em All, as well as hosting the VIP room of Fabric with a 1920s beach party. Club kids and festival goers alike have been charmed by the unruly gang, who have also taken their unique brand of good-time gall to Field Day, Camp Bestival, Beach Break and Secret Garden Party – proving that a glitter kiss goes a long way in a muddy field.
Whether prowling round the dance floor in full Tiger jumpsuits, or at the decks as circus ringmasters, the Hearts and their husbands promise to add their unique brand of charm to any occasion. Heralded by Potty Mouth Disco organisers as ‘Queens of sexy time’, they are equally at home on stage performing as they are in amongst the crowds, providing fairy cakes emblazoned with obscenities, and charity-shop chic surprises.
The Plastic Hearts are always looking for new festivals and dance-floors to invade and entertain.
