Hi David, thanx for accepting our req, the songs on your profile are sounding great. Do you have any gigs comin up? We've only just started out after the unfortunate split of State Of Miasma but if you up for doin any support/having us do some then let us know! Have a great week,
I did spend most of Friday and Saturday night putting in the requests... I imagine all the stuff you submitted before has just been left in their library... I haven't submitted anything yet... I want to get a decent quality recording, hopefully I'll get that done at university next year and have Smile For Me (and maybe a couple of others) on Hastings Rock's playlist for 2009.
thanks for the reply dave yeah i realised i made a few spelling mistakes i was in a bit of a rush to get it done for a thing i had to hand in only a few hours later. i know their not all mammalz i got alot more ideas for names i just put a few up as samples.
hope your well are you at the rooms tonight i probably wont be there for lack of funding and i really got to work solid for the next 2 weeks
Don't forget to send me your music to play on my shows! I do a weekly live show on Saturdays and a monthly mixshow, both can be heard on my profile. Send discs to:

hi dave im really sorry about sunday that i didnt manage to make it along ive had a really bad sore throat th last 5 days and i was hoping it would clear up for then, so i wanted to see how i would feel on the day but i got dragged out on sat night and i didnt get back in until 6am and didnt wake up til 4 pm. so i wasn't able to phone and let you know. my throat is still not very good at all.
Hi, thanx for the add. Am really liking your stuff and glad to know there are some good musicians out there in Hastings. Will endeavor to see you on sun. A.
hello mate how r u? hope you are well id be up for doing something on sunday, but if it's cool with you i wouldn't mind doing a double thing with you playing rythm and me playing some lead, id bring my guitar for that, otherwise im happy to come along and just do a song on acoustic. ill talk to you soon about it.. take care
I really love the album i think you have some great songs on there i really like airhead, sad sad sea, hot and carpe diem. although i haven't quite decided on my favourite yet i'm waiting for them to grow on me a bit more first!
the only thing that i think i don't like is the phaser on the voice, i think it should of been kept to only one or 2 songs on the album if at all. otherwise it seems like your trying to hide something even though personally i think you have a great voice and there's no need for it to have any effects on it really at all.
i only say because i used to hate my own voice and i always put tons of reverb/delay on it to try and cover it up, ive gotten much better although i still do it to some extent on certain songs. but my older recording used to be drowned to death in the stuff. i could be wrong as to why your doing it but i think that's the way it comes across.
a minor detail is the drums just need beefing up alittle bit in eq'ing but not much just alittle thin in some songs. mainly the bass drum needs to be more present, i think it needs a nice warm chunky yet mellow bass drum you know the kind i mean. i just think it would fit well with that nice warm sound the bass has.
please don't take any of my critz the wrong way coz i think it's a great album with great songs and i find it really soothing to listen to, very emotional and quite spirital in places. but the phaser just got over used and apart from that it's f***ing excellent!
anyway as i said before give me a ring and i'll talk to you soon take care my friend.
hey there nice to see you found my page ok, did you manage to drop by the smugglers site, as the songs are versions on myspace were over compressed. lol
anyway good to see you again.
drop me a message when you can. i'm just listening to you stuff now. i really like the singing.
Well hey there friend! :) It was a pleasure meeting you. I arrived home yesterday safe and sound. I've got your CD. Looking forward to finally getting a chance to listen to it. Hope all is well.
Hey mate sorry I didnt get that comment until after the gig. Havent been online much :( When you next playing? I think I should be your honorary tour mascot. Go to all the gigs with you. Am I allowed pom pom's? Promise they'll be manly. No glitter ;P
Hey hey! Sorry, yeah I've recieved it, haven't replied to my messages yet. I'll definately be in touch about it and I'll be sure to let everyone know. Probably be easiest to pick them up from Jaspers shop. =)
Hi mate! You all good? Thought about you today (no not in that kind of way, haven't dreamed about you in at least a week ;P ) I was at jack in the green signing an anti war petition. Hows everything going with recording? Good to hear about the new stuff, I'll lookforward to hearing it :)
