I don't want to sound like the refs were against just us today because remember that Scott Parker was harshly sent off near the end, but in the opening ten minutes Upson blocked a shot on goal in the penalty box with his arm but no penalty was given, then Carlton Cole goes down from hardly any contact late on and the ref points to the spot...we should have gotten 3 points today On the up side, if we win our game in hand, we are still in a very strong position (tied with Man Utd and 2 points behind a Chelsea side who will certainly drop points around January with the African cup of nations and the inability to buy new players). There is plenty of reason to be optimistic with the current position we are in, although today could have gone better
