Daniel Earwicker invented the Primrose League in 1883, initially as a grass roots political organisation. By 2005 he had abandoned this idea and instead refocused his efforts on rock'n'roll. He plays all the instruments and does all the singing, and writes all the songs, and still finds time to occasionally hover hundreds of miles above the Earth serving as one of our many satellites. You can see him playing his own songs (and also many short cover versions of songs by his favourite artists) on his You Tube channel.
Here's a song by The Primrose League, Far Too Enough:

Hey, I just listened to your entire album and really enjoyed it! First independent artist I've really discovered through Youtube/Myspace. I wish I could get that kind of audio quality on my recordings, and of course you've also made me want to get my own 12 string guitar because I can't get enough of the sound. Keep up the fantastic work!
Hi! Downloaded your album from iTunes, listening to it just now. It's fantastic, some of the best new music I've discovered in a very long time! Thank you very much for making these wonderful sounds! :) - Dave
