The Princess Project promotes self-confidence and individual beauty by providing free prom dresses and accessories to high school girls who cannot otherwise afford them. Our effort is made possible through invaluable volunteer, donor and community support.
Since 2002, The Princess Project has served more than 7,000 Bay Area girls through the dedication of more than 600 community volunteers.
Dress Giveaways
Every year, The Princess Project collects fashionable, new (2002 to new), or nearly new prom dresses and accessories and organizes everything in one location: our Dress Giveaway event. .. ..

Who I'd like to meet:
We welcome all high school girls who are in financial need of a prom dress. No proof of financial need is required, just a valid high school ID. Simply attend the event and walk out with a dress and accessories that you love— all for free!
All high school teens interested in organizing a dress collection or learning more about girl-serving organizations; any community members who would like to volunteer with, donate to, or find out more information on The Princess Project, please contact us via our website www.princessproject.org!

Operation: Princess Project
Saturday March 29th 2008
Join the Johnny and Jayde Morning Show for the 1st annual "Operation: Princess Project" dress drive. Do you have gowns taking up space in your closet? Allow them to help you make some room! On Saturday March 29th bring your new or gently used gowns to the kick off broadcast at the RDV Sportsplex from 10a-2p. All dresses will be given to high school girls who are in need of formal attire for prom or any other formal event.
