I was just at my friend Marlena's house and we found a pufferfish on her lawn. No joke. It was brown and it was about the size of a mango, but with spikes all over and white lips. We couldn't tell what it was so we brought it to her neighbor, angry johnny, who has a museum of strange animals. He said it was definitely a fish. I know that sounds weird, but it's all true.
Hey Pufferfish, A friend's band up your way just had their instruments stolen - The Drews in Tahuya, WA. Someone broke into their house and stole 5 guitars - one was a family heirloom - an old Fender White Telecaster. There's pics of the stolen guitars on my site at www. screamingstone. com Hoping you can help spread the word around your area. Thanks and rock on!
You're gonna be at Chilidog's birthday party... right? Jonah's one of the orchestrators! It would be cool to have another spontaneous talent show, too...
Great to meet you all and play together last night! Looking forward to the listening to the Pufferfish album and Ball of Wax comp on today's long journey. Take care and we'll stay in touch. Cheers, Adrian
Hi Jonah ~ Thanks for the message - I think a solo show is a great idea... :) There are many great bars on the North side of the city where you could draw a good audience ~ Schuba's, Maproom, Martyrs... Let me know... :)
Come listen to our podcast interview with Si*Se and KORA! You may also enjoy many of our other interview such as Flamng Lips, Five for Fighting, Ziggy Marley, Ozomatli, Manimal etc...
great show last night boys. i especially liked when you set the banjo on fire and rammed it through the giant ostrich puppet. or were those some crazy special effects you have triggered from your floor pedals? or maybe it was that tea you gave me??
Great show last night! Sorry to hear you guys are loosing a member (sad face). Nonetheless--thanks for the great performance. My friends had never heard you guys...they are of course big fans now!
