Born out of disappointment and love, The Pullman Strike blends textures of mid nineties Gainesville Punk, the sad sweet sounds of Americana and Alt-Country, the reflective insight of American Folk and a six pack of Pabst Blue Ribbon. The Pullman Strike wants to take everyone back to that bittersweet place where love, heartbreak, joy and sadness all meet.
On December 29th in Detroit, Michigan the U-Haul trailer that we were towing was stolen off the back of our van.
The trailer held all of our merchandise and music equipment that we all have allotted through the years and now we have been completely robbed the instruments that enabled us to write, record and play music live for all of you.
If you would like to help us get back on our feet after this huge hit we are accepting donations of any amount through PayPal.
Check out the new BOTTOM LOUNGE re-vamped sound and stage new venue GRAND OPENING!! still the home of the $3 PBR tall boys. right off the Ashland green line stop.

have you all ever played shows in dekalb, like the house, ottos, star busters. anything. you guys and lady sound kick ass, hope all goes well with voice. will def see a show in future.
Just wanted to say, I hope your benefit show made you guys enough money to keep the bank from foreclosing on your grandfather's house, and it thus becoming a part of Beckersted Estates. Otherwise, I'm down for the Regatta.
My sincerest condolences on having all your stuff stolen. I really hope you guys get enough money to replace everything plus some. I'm sorry that so much of your stuff was invaluable to you. Even though you won't be able to replace that stuff, try to think along the lines that you'll have to make some new memories now with the new equip. Sorry and good luck, Amy
Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to you and your missing gear at this rage-inducing time. We would be equally as pissed if such an atrocity occured to us...not monetarily wise, of course, since all of our gear is made of tin and came free with 2 subscriptions to VIBE...but in the deep loss of fond instrumental memories! So best luck in this new year, Pullman. Whether it be finding your stolen gear or slowly amassing fresh memories with new gear. Love, 40th Century Man
Again, I'm sorry you had a bad Michigan experience with the trailer and everything.
However, your show last night was amazing. It was awesome to finally meet you guys && thank you again for "Kindling" ♥ Hope to see you guys soon and good luck.
