The Queens Head is a traditional 17th century coaching inn, with a difference. Set in the village of Box, our gardens over look the recreation ground & cricket pitch, which our surrounded by open countryside, with stunning views. We have a fine selection of real ales and a varied menu, catering for most tastes. Since Dean became Landlord of the Queens back in 1998, he has introduced many new aspects to the pub, Now you can find lots of Live music events held there such as Box Rocks, Live bands on Saturdays, Jazz in the garden and many parties. The Queens has also become home to, The Box Pantomime Group, the head office for the local publication, The Old Farts News, Box Bike Club and many other local groups.
