About me: Hey there! I am Jay Jennings, a real estate agent who is licensed in both Florida and Alabama in which I host/produce two real estate radio shows every week. I recently joined PENDULUM PROPERTIES, LLC as Dir of Sales & Marketing (www.pendulumpropertiesllc.com). I market myself as "The Radio Realtor" in which I earned some very exciting awards for the 2007 sales year. First was "Rookie of the Year" which means that with all the other freshmen agents I produced the highest dollar sales. The second award was "Top Sales Agent of the Year"! So on top of being a rookie, I sold more than ANY other agent in the office! I also write the lead real estate column for all 8 Gulf Coast Newspapers and host the cable TV program "A Slice of Paradise".
I had become a Top Producer at Weichert Realtors , and beyond that I travel & market heavily to outside markets. Real estate in this market is no longer local, but rather a nationally recognized vacation destination area and the buyers and sellers are as diverse as they are active!
