A New Indy Fan Film Hits The Screen
Did you think 2008 was the last time you would see an Indiana Jones adventure on the big screen? Well, Fran Casanova, Indy fan and filmmaker, is making sure that 2009 has Indy back in a new adventure with the New York Comic Con debut of his latest Indy fan film!
Premiering at 4:00pm this Sunday, the new film has the intrepid archeologist battling bad guys and searching the four corners of the Earth for mystical relics and fortune and glory.

Each disc begins with the opening of the movie, as opposed to an overture, finally.
Raiders' disc is a testament to both homage and invention. Brilliant.
Temple of Doom is revealed as a much more atmospheric and diverse score than the older, shorter version that was available.
Last Crusade showcases the lighter tone and comic angling of that film, and maybe does a better job.
The interview segments are just audio from the DVD interviews on the previous box set, but are still nice.
Overall, a fantastic set. Just what I was hoping, after the Star Wars and Lord of the Rings expanded soundtracks. This should become more of a trend. Perfect underscores for your own artistic efforts (in my case, drawing).
