I really enjoy listening to a lot of different stuff. I guess I'm an indie person at the time being... I'm a metalhead at other times, sometimes I love a little techno/ trance too.

Hello, my name is Kim, and I am from Hillsborough NC. I'm not perfect, I don't try to be. Rather I am content. I try to be real honest and genuine and I don't really care what you think about me as long as you let me be me.
I am a Christian, and once again, NOT PERFECT. And I won't shove a "holier than thou" attitude down your throat because I'm no greater than you just as you are no greater than me. I don't hate gays, terrorists, democrats, minorities, and liberals. I see them as broken people who need love just as I need love. I don't see color or race. You are equal to me. I do gripe about actions though that irritate me, and I do get angry sometimes.
I love to write.. some of my stuff can be found in my blogs here, but in truth, I have several notebooks filled with stuff that I have written since 2004. I also love photography and some of my shots can be found in the artwork/photography section of my photos, as well as random shots of myself and friends in the other two albums.
I also am obsessive over music. Metal has been my favorite genre for the most part, but I have strayed into other genres like techno, praise and worship, opera, blues, spoken word, plain ole' rock, and punk here and there. I've got maybe somewhere around 300 or 400 CDs, I've long since stopped counting.
I absolutely admire the books of Rob Bell and Donald Miller. Reading anything by those two are the most invigorating experiences for me spiritually. I highly recommend those two authors for Christians and non-Christians alike.
Last but not least, I love foreign stuff. Doctor Who (UK), Asian cinema, Japanese anime, Italian cuisine, Japanese hibachi grill, Mexican food, kanji, anything Irish, and learning languages. I am the kind of person who will watch the subtitles and listen at the same time to try and learn some foreign language.
Other than all that, it's a bunch of small details which even furthermore labels me a geek in some way.
Who I'd like to meet: If I could meet ANYBODY, it would be The Doctor. I want to travel through time and space and see the universe, and besides he's funny, briliant, gorgeous, such a hero, etc etc etc... *sigh* I would love to meet the man who plays him, David Tennant. One of the best actors I have ever seen, and I heard he's one of the nicest too.
I really want to meet Simon Pegg and Nick Frost too.. those guys crack me up a lot. I loved both Shaun Of The Dead and Hot Fuzz a lot. Sheer genius!
I'd also like to meet fellow fans of Bloodline Severed, Nema, The 7 Method, and other area metal bands, as well as fans of Doctor Who and Torchwood
